I currently spend 2 hours a day 6 days a week in the gym with a trainer.. three weeks ago I weighed 188 lbs.. As of yester day I weigh 179..
I spend 45 minutes -1 hour doing weights and the other time I'm doing Cardio..I've gotten to where I can Jog 2 miles and still walk down the steps at the gym..my eating habits have completely changed to help things out.. After all cookie dough ice cream at 1 am is bad for the weight loss.
My goal is 155.. by spring.
