    Im way too fat


    Back in summer I did the HCG Diet (26 day version) and lost 25 pounds (even though that I broke the diet 3 times, putting a total of 20 pounds on me while on the diet). But Since then I have been really stressed and depressed, making it hard to keep it healthy

    I have lost about 12 lbs in the past 3 weeks I am thinking bout getting in sweat suite and jogging, I find it difficult to be enthused ( since I live in the country lol)

    I have been stressed out too which makes things so much more difficult

    I'm currently deployed and I weigh about 215 ish anyways I'm trying to lose like 15lbs if that more toning up so I hope everyone hit's their goals. I know I'll sure be pushing myself to get to where I want to be. Wish me luck!

    I can't do it!! I have been "Big Dave" as long as long as I can remember. I've weight trained and used to do Karate 5 days a week. I would loose 6lbs in one night of Karate. When I started I was 295lbs, after 6 months I got down to a "lean" 265lbs. Then it crept back on even though I was working out all the time. Very frustrating, I was strong as a horse but I kinda looked like one too, haha. I give up at looking at a scale.

    I have lost 25lbs from march to june and have maintained a healthy 145 since then. diet and exersice, running mainly did the trick for me.

    I guess I'm the opposite of most... I'm about 5' 11" and currently about 180 lbs, tryin to get up to 190

    i went from 200-180-145 now im back to 155-160 and will prob be 180 ish by the time spring hits again. If i dont work out I become a chub ball. Only reason i went back to working out for the past year was physical therapy. Its easy for me to cut weight even when eating terrible. I would like to stay around 150 but that never happens its always under or over haha

    I just dieted down for 5 months. Started at 267 and ended at 205. Looking to bulk up and maybe doing a bodybuilding show in SEP of next year. Been lifting for a while but fell into a rut for about 6 months eating way too much. Someone at work bet me I could not get a 6 pack in 6 months so I had to get my ass in order. Not only did I take his money but I did it in 5 months. Now im focused on finally doing a show. Been wanting to do one for a long time. Just takes focus and determination. All of you will hit your goals.
