Wow, that's pretty nasty and have not had that happen with any of my snakes. However, it has happened with my Tokay Geckos. They are pretty violent feeders! I occasionally feed them pinkie mice and what they do (since the prety is larger) is slam it against the tanks glass to cut the prey in half. Most of the time they don't manage but sometimes they do SO peices and guts fly EVERYWHERE! The nastiest is when I feed them Huge Hornworms YUK, Green Hornworm juices all over the glass. Another thing that has happened is, usually when I thaw out the frozen mice I put them in warm water... Once they are semi thawed out I lay them next to one of my heat lamps so that they finish thawing and stay warm. Well, I once TOTALLY forgot about the mice being under a heat lamp and cambe back to cooked and exploded mice bellies.
