If you are not getting any plugs and can see the little whiteish knobs (scent glands) you probably have a girl.Keep doing it to confirm...push hard, you wont hurt her/him. Bigger males can hold peins in to a point...I never meet a BP I couldn't pop, when I could pop BP's!!
