DarkSean,

Guns weren't designed to kill people... our military was.
Guns are not only used as protection, BUT A SPORT, AND A RECREATION...
guns aren't the reason for crime, crazy people are.

im sorry, but when someone breaks into my house, being, unarmed, or armed...
i want to be fully ready with my 12 gauge, just in case.

ANY GUN, is cheaper than my family's life.

And your logic makes no sense...
if guns were outlawed, then the criminals would have them, and we wouldn't...
so again, ill stick with my guns.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!
(No offense Derek your way cooler than America.. hahahaha!)
Now now, it's not his fault as dr del said.
In Canada it's the same way. I have never met one Canadian (who wasn't a criminal) with even the slightest desire to own a handgun. It's completely different. To be 100% honest I thought that the Americans with a desire to own a hand gun were very few and far in between.

I know that everyone keeps saying that people kill people not guns but unfortunetly I still am yet to be convinced.

When your walking through walmart and someone cuts infront of you in line you get a little bit aggrivated. In Canada sometimes an arguement can happen. (it's happened to me) sometimes aggresion can take over and you just wanna punch him in the face. Now instead, you pull that "protection" out and pop a cap in his ass.

I don't know the numbers but I'm sure a lot more people are killed in the states by hand guns then anywhere that handguns are out lawed?

But just restating my original idea. The way we were raised is handguns are bad. Handguns kill people. Only bad guys have guns. You touch a gun and someone finds out you go to jail.

I know it will sound bad to some but I am perfectly 100% happy with that. I'm happy to live somewhere that I know if I piss someone off I won't get shot. I'm happy to know I can work at a gas station and not have to worry about getting robbd with a handgun and getting shot. I'm happy to know some kid isn't going to take his dads, uncles, grandfathers gun to school and shoot my future kids. I would be very happy if there was allowed 0 hand guns in Canada allowed and only hunting rifles with very strict laws regarding them.

Don't flame, just my opinion.

Just saying, the picture where the person posted there "protection". If you did that in the hunters course you would have been redoing the test. If your finger goes anywhere near the trigger without the intent to shoot the gun you fail.
