    can't keep it even if I wanted to, seems to be illegal in my state as it's a native non-poisoness species. Thanks again guys; I'm pretty sure it was after the bird nest in the back porch. (newly hatched), I'll find some time this weekend and take it out in some of the local woods and release it back.


    Is it mean that he's currently locked away no more than 3 feet from said nest. The tank he's in was used for some lizards and such and thus there is a pretty good screened lid on it, but we weighted it down (with air holes of course) as it was trying to get out already.
