I work out 5 days out of the week. Mon and Wed I do a weight lifting class. It's an hour long, and a good break from the treadmill. The other days, Tue Thur and Fri, I do one hour on the treadmill. I walk at 3.4 mph, and an incline of 15. I'm not much of a runner, but when it comes to getting the last few pounds off I might.
The gym we go to also has a kick boxing class on Saturday mornings... I'm very tempted to take it. I've heard so many good things about Kick Boxing, and I wouldn't mind being able to hold my own if the time ever came![]()
