How many days a week do you workout?
I currently lift 6 days a week but only hit each body part directly once a week. I run the mile every other day in roughly in 10:30 (wish I could do it faster but due to my size I will take what I can get) and I box every other day. I was doing mma for a long time but due to time and money I have not been to any classes in quite some time.
I'd like to hear what everyone else does. I don't care if all you do is cardio or you just weight train or whatever. Post it

Haven't been to the gym in about 4 months but I normally do 6 days a week 1-1.5 hour weight and strength training work out then run between 1-2 miles.
I work different area's every day like Mondays is chest-abs-shoulders, Tuesdays is Arms-Lats-lower back so it stays interesting..

I am not sure how much you weigh but I weigh around 277. I think running a mile in 9 mins at my weight will take A LOT of baby steps-lol

I work out 5 days out of the week. Mon and Wed I do a weight lifting class. It's an hour long, and a good break from the treadmill. The other days, Tue Thur and Fri, I do one hour on the treadmill. I walk at 3.4 mph, and an incline of 15. I'm not much of a runner, but when it comes to getting the last few pounds off I might.
The gym we go to also has a kick boxing class on Saturday mornings... I'm very tempted to take it. I've heard so many good things about Kick Boxing, and I wouldn't mind being able to hold my own if the time ever came
