    lol yea we got a show coming up this sat im picking first one up. In the same boat u are in. Trying to get everything 100% right before we get it.

    Im also gonna be buying a new one >< hope mines aint to wide for the cage if so this will help me then

    Nope i live in columbus ohio.

    And the all ohio reptile show is coming sat

    And idk.. cutting a heat pad is iffy. i have no clue

    well now i stuck the prob smack dab in the middle of the heatpad and it says 93.4 and keeps going up but i dont think the snake is gonna like living there with a prob under his hide lolhow hot does it need to be on the glass? so thats its okay for the snake?

    Don't cut the heat pad. You can cut flexwatt to the size you want, but not a heat pad.

    You could just have the little bit hanging off the side, not really a big deal.

    Keep the thermometer probe right on the glass above where the UTH is. Hot glue is a good way to secure it. Your snake will not care. Temps should not get higher than 95* at any point in the enclosure.
