Ahhh, sounds like you know what you're doing and are well on your way.Your diet looks good. You're gonna be jacked man! I was on a cutting diet and here was a typical day for me:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey
Meal 2: 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 3 strips of turkey bacon
Meal 3: about 20 whole raw almonds, small apple
Meal 4: Chicken breast, salad
Workout
Meal 5: Post workout shake (2 scoops whey)
Meal 6: Lean protein (beef, chicken, turkey, fish), mixed veggies
Dang, now I'm getting motivated. Maybe this should be the "Official BP.net Bodybuilding Thread".
