    sg1trogdor, I agree with you on the classification of the music. Metal is metal, period. Just because you may like some of the bands listed does not mean they are metal. They may be good, but being good does not make them metal. Myself, I could not tell you anything about the newer metal out there, but I can tell if it is metal or not.

    Thank you thats all I am trying to get across here but I am being made out to be some hate monger, and apparently speaking down on people although I have no said anything bad about anyone or the music just that its not metal. I take that back I believe I mentions they scream like pansies. lol.

    COB does have an amazing keyboardist but when it comes to metal guitarists... Alexi Laiho is one of the best out there!

    Yea I watched some thing on line about how they work together writing the guitar parts and keyboard parts together so they flow smooth together. I also think alexi plays the best guitars also. I love esp
