A site that inspired me a lot when I was "active" the last time was gymjones.com, the guy who trained the "300" actors. (It was not about triathlon, but to get in shape)
Just visited it and I think I will start my day tommorow with a little workout...
I know I will like the pain and I always loved it, but sometimes I really get in this lazy routine... get up...go to work... go home.... relax and do homework... drink some beer... go to bed....Need to break it up...
