i agree with what you said, as its the best way. but its hard for me to do some of those things. the main reason im fat is because i eat once or twice a day and usually im only able to eat within an hour before i go to bed. which is where i fail. on weekends i can eat breakfast lunch and dinner i usually have 2 of the 3 and sometimes if im out on the road i stop by mcdonalds. but when im there i get a chicken sandwich and a fruit salad ( i know chicken sandwiches are nt that healthey either but are better then burgers ) and for some reason i cannot eat veggiesi can eat corn and potatoes and raw green peppers and thats it i have tried every other veggie i can think of and they make me gag. i wish there was an all fruit diet
