I think it looks pretty good. The only thing I might change down the road is when the red bulb burns out replace it with a CHE instead. Let us know how temps and humidity do! Do you have a temp gun to measure surface temps under the substrate on your hot side? That is important as they definitely like to burrow through the substrate down to that warm surface.
