the quality of their product is great (very light-weight, which is a HUGE plus for lil' ol' me; i can move it myself), plenty of options and add-ons to customize your enclosure, simple to put together, but it's their customer service that puts them over the top for me.

I am a huge fan of good customer service, but if their product is as high quality as I read on here, I should only need that once while placing the order (hoping to . I understand there are circumstances that occur, like yours, that would require further customer service. So aside from the customer service, what are some of the options many people opt for? What daily feature would you not want to live without that other enclosures don't offer?
