    On that subject, it's a good idea for any pet owner(especially with exotics) to have a contingency laid out to take care of their animals - relatively few deaths are neat and planned after all. I keep a record of all animals here along with some contact information for people I trust to do right by my critters. My supreme hope is that within a few short days of my demise, these animals will already be settled into their new homes with friends and family.
