As Judy already said, we can't in good conscience ban someone for being a jerk, not as long as they follow the letter of the TOS. However I'd also like to remind people that EVERYONE needs to follow the TOS. I REALLY hate handing out infractions to people simply because they retaliated against a jerk. Especially when I agree with them.
