As Judy already said, we can't in good conscience ban someone for being a jerk, not as long as they follow the letter of the TOS. However I'd also like to remind people that EVERYONE needs to follow the TOS. I REALLY hate handing out infractions to people simply because they retaliated against a jerk. Especially when I agree with them.

And then if he keeps it up, well, I'm sure someone will get a well deserved ding. The bar is high though, no lowbrow humor that he might understand. Going with the "line of sight" theme.... I'm just the type of person that would allow a bullet to pass through my hand, provided it go through my hand into a trolls head so i don't have to deal with the troll anymore...

I may end up looking like swiss cheese or have a sweet jesus scar, but at least i'll still have my sanity.
