So on christmas day I had a sudden realization when I just randomly stepped on a scale well since the 29th I have lost 3 pounds...thats only in 10 days...it needs to go faster lol....I need to lose 9 more pounds but I have been told that if I stop drinking mountain dew lol it will help alot....I drink atleast a mtn dew a day what I want to know before I go try this insane theory from my friend I want to know if anyone else has stopped drinking soda and it helped with weight. Or if someone has other advice please I would appreciate itor if you just want to share your successful stories
