True, should maybe change the headline.

I just mean cycling supps. For instance my current loadout is SuperPump250, SizeOn, BCAA 4500, ON 100% Whey and ON Multi-Vit.
    (Clearly a bulking cycle)

Have tried novedexXT, Arimatest and Hexaghen as well. Arimatest and Hexaghen were awesome but had the "roid" side effects. Intense mood swings and whatnot.

If I was you I would loose the glutamine (its pretty much worthless) and look into Beta-alanine.
As far as research goes glutamine has no positive studdies showing it does anything.
BA on the other hand looks very promising, especially stacked with creatine.
the two together make for a wicked strenght and endurance stack.
its quite crazy when you first take it to, you get the "tingles".

I am not big into taking a ton of supplements but BA is naturally occuring, seems to have a lot of good reviews and is said to work better when combined with creatine so I think I might give it a shot. Thanks for the heads up :gj:

Well I took 2 capsules (BA 800 mg, L-Histidine 75 mg) 4 separate times yesterday (Total BA 3,200 mg and L-Histidine 300mg). I personally felt no different really but maybe slightly itchy. I was looking forward to seeing what the tingles were all about but I did not get anything special. I read it takes awhile to see any effects in your lifting so I will continue to use it for awhile :gj:

This is what I got here:
    http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/e...jsp?id=XA-1100

I looked for the powder but couldn't find it. I don't really like taking it four times a day. It is a big pain to have to remember. I would rather take it before and after I lift but I am following the instructions on the bottle just to be safe.

I just take a serving pre and post workout, I really dont see a need to load it.
maybe try a week or 2 if you want to see quicker results but I agree that many servings is a pain.
and I got mine online, can get some great deals.

I take 2 befor and 2 pills after workout. i take the sns brand supp. and glutamine worthless is a joke, I mean thats an opinnion I have been using it for years. its a staple for intense training but if you want to hav a solid base i just implemented bcaas and ecaa. i thought it was all hype but just adding bcaa to my protien shakes really has helped recovery and endurance. I hate taking tons of supps i feel like a science experiment but i must say im hot and cold lol. love my supps. but I take white flood, protien on the reg lol, bcaa, beta alanine, one animal pak in the morning and another thing im tryin this season is l-arginine with my preworkout thats legit. i just got freedom after recovering from 8 sutures reapairng my shoulder from 2 seasons ago :( hahaha it is what it is. boanerges your swole bro saw your pics with ozz not to be a lurk or anything but u gotta move some weight. and i never got a chance to tell u sick tat. ttyl we need to get a supp forum on here hahahaha

Well I finally got to where I wanted to get from Last October. I started out weighing in at 140 and was benching my body weight 8 times for 4 sets and pyramiding down.

    Today I weigh 175 and My topout now is 300 1x. 275 8 x's then 250 8 x's, 200 12 x's I do all these in sets of 2 then 150, 125 and on down to 100 which I use for RTF weight.

Also I don't know how many of you are into core exercises but I've been doing planks, holding them for 1:00 and then doing 25 pushups immediately. Takes me 1:16:4. To complete the exercise but my god my abs are poking through, can visibly see all 8 now.

I'm loving my progress and am thinking another cycle of Arimatest/Hexaghen would do wonders!

no duh that cycle would do wonders. thats why ur pushing nearly 2 your weight. lol one rep maxs arent really my thing not into the pissing contests in the gym. Its nice to know where u stand weight wise. but come on lol Im content pushing my body weight lol 315 feels heavy as heck.174 pushing 300 is a beast I could never lift 600 on flat bench. LOL NOR WOULD I WANT TO. but the plank to push up routine sounds raw real talk. good idea, you ever used a TRX suspension trainer I would like to start a thread about it and post a bunch of vids thats the new thing for core strength its insane really opens your muscles up. used it alot in physical therapy let me know Ill pull up my archieves LOVE ONLINE VIDS

I'd love to see this piece of equipment you're talking about.
I just lift at home by myself (one of the main reasons I'm not comfortable going more than 1 rep @ 300 for now) so I don't have the whole stigma walking around the gym like "Hey! I can out bench you!" because the #1 part of being a good/strong lifter to me is to not brag, it would be like Jay Cutler walking around the gym like "I can outlift you by 30 reps on your topout!" haha
I just like doing it for me and knowing the strength I possess makes me feel pretty good about myself.

Post a video about that piece if you can! And yeah, real talk no joke those planks are where it's at!
