Got it all figured out don't you... Sorry none of us are as intelligent as you. Is the dam thing still alive?

I read somewhere that it may be more humane to cool an animal by putting it in the refrigerator before freezing it. It is supposed to reduce the possibility of the pain of ice crystals forming in the flesh. Not that it doesn't happen but the animal is less aware of it.

Don't know where I read it nor details such as how long to fridge it before you freeze it. Actually I'd really like to hear some feedback on whether or not this is true, since I don't know for sure.

Chase, I'm really sorry to hear about your deformed hatchling. This is something that I truly dread in looking forward to possibly breeding one day (especially how the kids will react).

I wasn't claiming ownership, when I make threads, I tend to refer to them as my threads...because I made it...and I wasn't forcing him out, I asked him nicely if he wouldn't post unless it was productive, and it wasn't.

You response to the quote you used in your post had no connection. If I had it all figured out, I wouldn't make a thread. And I never said anything about being smarter then the "us" you refer to. I made more of a sarcastic comment on YOUR lack of intelligence, not theirs.

I don't think Chase13 is in any way having a pissy attitude in this thread. All he wants is an easy passing for a snake he feels will not have a good life. And showing compassion for an animal by not wanting it to suffer and find the most humane form of death for the little thing speaks more about his character than anyone else here saying to just chuck it in the freezer and go on with life. He obviously cares about the animal and he's doing the right thing.

Whatever. This is normally the point where I would tell you a little about yourself, but my status in these forums are too important to me. So please, just use your our imagination.

    Grow up.

I find it funny that people in here have stooped so low as to be insulting fellow members. I doubt this thread was supposed to end this way. I think everyone needs to chill out and come back to this thread with a level head before posting such offensive garbage. :rage:

I dont see anyone throwing insults except for the OP.

He got his answer, it wasnt what he wanted to hear, so he gets defensive.

I didn't see him throwing insults. He's getting defensive because he wants the best for his snake.
