IIRC, trick is what's giving that little fishhook look to the keyholes and dorsal stripe. So I think you did a pretty good job on your IDs here. The ones you IDed as trick definitely have a good amount of expression on them which thankfully makes it a bit easier too!

Re: Help with clutch ID-- Fire Pinstripe x Ghi Trick
I some how believe number 3 is a good looking GHI possible trick but I’m leaning more towards just a good looking GHI. Beautiful babies though !

Having gone and looked at some other images I think you could be right. Thanks.

I want somebody else to look at that ghi trick. It just might be too good to be just a ghi.😄

Telling which have Trick in GHI is going to be a tough one and I don't have enough experience with the two to be a good judge of it. The little donuts and other dorsal pattern funkiness happen in both and that's how I know to ID Trick besides having some weird twists in alien heads. Are we even positive the GHI Trick parent is really GHI Trick and not just an example of GHI with really heavy dorsal pattern effects? I really can't see anything in any of them that make me think "this one has Trick for sure".

Yes certain the Ghi trick parent is Ghi trick. One of the babies in the clutch is an obvious single gene trick.

It's good to have that confirmation. If nobody with more GHI Trick experience confirms your ID's here, it might be worth trying to ask the breeder of the parent if they are willing to help you verify your ID's. For them to accurately ID him, they know something I don't. I'm interested to hear what people say because I'm always happy to learn more.

Since making my original post I have reached out to the breeder of the GHI trick parent. He did confirm pic three is a GHI Trick. Said pick two is pinstripe trick and he said pic four is trick or ghi fire (not much help there). I've asked a few times what he looks for to identify the trick with the GHI and have not gotten any response. In reality he wasn't much help.
