    And Item J on your Waiver of Liability for Reptile and Amphibian Domestic Shipments states:

    Company acknowledges that all shipments tendered to FedEx under this Agreement are for Business to Business only. No residential deliveries are allowed under this Agreement.
    So - you technically can have your certification pulled if they audit your shipments.

    I know that people do it all the time, but they're violating their waiver.
