Can you ship reptiles without being fed ex certified?

I ship to residences all the time, and get them shipped to me with no problem..

Well...technically you're not supposed to. From the live animal desk:

Home business' are considered residential. Live animals can only be delivered to commercial locations.

And Item J on your Waiver of Liability for Reptile and Amphibian Domestic Shipments states:

Company acknowledges that all shipments tendered to FedEx under this Agreement are for Business to Business only. No residential deliveries are allowed under this Agreement.

So - you technically can have your certification pulled if they audit your shipments.

I know that people do it all the time, but they're violating their waiver.
