I was just saying the other day that so many of these threads would be HILARIOUS if the poster were talking about more than one ball python... Usually the real fun ones are from people with only one. "Pics of my ball" just isn't the same.

color really doesn't matter. that said, my personal preference if I had a choice would be to have black tongues on my balls.... but I don't think i have ever had a black tongue on my balls....

My older ball had a pinkish tongue when she was smaller, now it's kinda pinkish-brown or tan. I met a guy with an older ball on the street one day and his ball had a kinda tan tongue as well.

My little guy's tongue is a light pink with a bluish shade.


I would like to see a picture of a black tongued ball. Anyone have one?

The normals I have are almost all pink, a spider has a black (very short) tongue....almost to the point I didn't think he had one. I've also got a pastel male with a pink/black tongue. Oh and btw.....my balls are pink
