Awwww man! I just left San Antonio a few months ago! Where exactly was he that you got to see him? I would have loved that!!
He was at San Antonio College (SAC). It was a FULL house, literally every single seat was filled, and there was a huge line. Me and my dad were lucky to get there when we did.
I worked at the same wildlife center where Jeff Corwin first got started. Some of the veteran employees even remember him as a kid. They described him as a nerdy kid who was completely obsessed with reptiles, and would not shut up about them!! Sounds like most of us on BP.net!
Oh and... for those of you who aren't as lucky as the OP and need your Jeff Corwin fix - he was on my local news recently. His daughter even comes in for a cameo at the end!
MAn I wish i could remember what it was but there was an episode where something was getting a little too close for comfort and he smacked it on the head with a stick. I always think of that south park episode where they go to south america and cartman keeps smacking things. lol.
