Well, if you count three dots like this ... as the end of a sentence, then yeah, 3 sentences. If not, then only 2 or 1 1/2.
I agree as well.

Okay, I'm going to stick my neck out again but be gentle guys. I just want to bring something up that's been bugging me in my ignorance.

So, there's this thing called backyard breeders for dogs and cats, right. And usually, when you say backyard breeder it gives a negative connotation. Basically, it is discouraged and that's why they always promote getting your mammals fixed.

But, for snakes, it seems that it has a different standard. I'm not sure if maybe that's just because the hobby is fairly new compared to dogs and cats, or, that owning 100 snakes is still deemed okay whereas owning 100 dogs would for sure get you in big trouble. I don't know. But, I'm just a little worried that there are waaaayyy too many snake breeders out there and that the desire for $$$ might overpower the welfare of the snakes. It seems like there is a race for producing this and that kind of morph, not necessarily so you can brag and say you own one but so that you can put it up on the classifieds in a quickness to get more $$$. I have the impression that I'm the only one in this forum that is not breeding something. And, especially with the hets and such, what happens to the ones that are not pretty enough, or did not produce the visible morph. I got this thought in my head that those guys are getting hot-potatoed around. I don't know. Like I said, I'm fairly new to this thing. It is just an impression I got, of course. My only exposure to ball python owners is this forum and the reptile store close to my house. So, I really don't know what people do with their snakes.
