I think my snake is sick help please!!!!!!!!

i have had my snake since 2-13-09 and ever since i have had him i have never noticed him to poop and well today i put him in the bath tub to soak and he seemed as if it was ok but then when i pulled him out he took a crap and (sorry for being so graphic) the first part looked like mustard but when i went to clean it up it was pretty hard and it was yellow all on the out side but white in the inside, about the size of a m&m. Then more came out but this time it was white and not hard kinda like a normal crap. oh and right after he pooped i looked at his butt( sorry dont know the term you use for there butt) and it looked like he was cut open but then after about 30 seconds it was back to normal. Is that normal or is there maybe something wrong with him? sorry still new at this so i really appreciate all the help you guys have been giving me so far, thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I can't explain the mustard-ie color, but the "cut" in his cloaca (butt) is normal. It just sorta opens up for a little while after they poop.

Calm down the yellow thing was a solid urine called urates they are yellow or white. nothing to worry about. baths sometimes will cause them to go to the bathroom

Your snake had a very normal bowel movement. The M&M was a urate...basically urine in solid form.

How much research have you done on owning a BP? Your snake didn't poop for 2 days and you felt you needed to soak him to get things moving along? Please do some reading here on BP.net. BP's poop when they need to poop. You don't have to help them.

And this is absolutely fine the go when they need to it can be once a week, once a month or more.

What you are describing is urate.

Well I hate to be graphic but I guess since you do not know what it looks like when a snake defecate I will have to show you so you get a better understanding.

Urate can vary from white to yellow mustard as show in this picture and be hard or soft if just found.

well i have done alot of research but im sure nobody can know everything about there bp before they get it and there are just certain things you dont look up until it comes around like pooping. And it has been just over a week I said i've had him since 2-13-09 but anyways i appreciate all of your guys help thank you very much to everyone
