night time heating

well its kinda hard here cause day time temps might reach 70's right now and at night drop to 40's plus im running night and day time lights im trying to keep it close but its hard cause house time change too

Oh. Well just try to keep a hot spot of 90-94 and ambients at 80-85 and thats fine. Try not to make it hotter than 95 though. As for the ambient, don't let it drop below 75. There is a little wiggle room so you should be fine.
