I'd like to hear opinions on ethics in the workplace, specifically the chain pet store situation.

Is it ethical to work at a large chain pet store if you know the animals are poorly cared for and there is very little you can do about it? Do you refuse to work there? Do you work there and try your best to make a positive impact? Or do you push feelings aside, do what you're told, and make a living, understanding that the situation is out of your hands?
