    Re: 28 qt tubs

I love the new 28 qt tubs at target....great for smaller females (<1800g) and all males.

4 inch 8 watt or 3 inch 6 watt would work. I don't use the 3 inch 10 watt due to the tub melting problems.

    Hope that helps

    Re: 28 qt tubs

All my adults are in 28qt tubs, the largest is about 2,500g, and I do all my breeding in them. They breed great, and I can't remember the last time any of the bigger girls refused a meal. I was originally planning to switch to 41qt tubs when I needed to, but they were doing so good in the 28s that I didn't want to fix what wasn't broken. I also like the 4" flexwatt on Herpstats.
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?

Sorry, I was not assuming you weren't using it correctly. I was just saying.....for those that don't know about how to use Flexwatt. It was not directed toward you.

Flexwatt now makes a 4" with a 5W element.....even less risk of overheating.
