They are separated when they are fed, have been since the begining, but he has never eaten for me. He has not even shown interest. He doesnt stick his tongue out to smell it, or tense up or anything, he act as though nothing is there.

This is a textbook domination issue, if you don't get them separated, he will not eat. Can you not borrow money from friends or family?
