    Separate them, she's dominating him and he's refusing to eat as a result. Put him in a six quart tub on paper towels with a small hide. Let him settle in for a week and offer a live hopper.

    He NEEDS to be seen by a vet - his skin has indeed torn away from his body in those pictures. I know you said money is tight, but if you had a dog who had skin peeling away - would you not take it to the vet? Just because the snake can't vocally tell you it's a painful injury doesn't mean he deserves any less treatment.
