I had the same damn problem. Over an hour of my time wasted. Logging in (over and over and over), freezing up, just NOTHING working. Even after you get thru one page it goes back and asks you to answer questions AGAIN.
I am so sick of it.
Was this also tonight? I'm thinking I may try again at 6:00 a.m.
