What substrates are you using? I ran out of cypress once and mixed in some reptibark from a friend, and I noticed my biggest girl would have indentations and pink patches on her belly, presumably from her body weight pushing down on a chunkier substrate. If you just have patches that come and go, and chunky substrate, this could be the case.
