    fading colors

just got my leo about 5 days ago. when i got him the guy said he was going to shed soon and that he was a little duller than normal. well 3 days went by fine and he hasnt been in his shed box but when i picked him up yesterday and looked at him he was so dull he was almost grey (even the yellow and orange parts). i looked at him this morning and he seemed brighter but i didnt see any remnants of shed in his tank or on his tail or toes. hes still eating fine and he seems to be fine on water consumption. anyone have any insights?
    thanks

i knew that they ate some of it but i though there would maybe be a little left like on his toes or tail. it was like day and night. one night he looked like poop and the next morning he was fine. i thought it was weird but i guess hes just a weird lizard.
    thanks guys

After our big girl sheds there is usually nothing left in her cage, chows it all down.

Good job checking on the toes and tip of the tail, don't want any shed stuck there.
