    Looks like a nice little incubator, some thing you can easily move around and store when not in use. I'm glad to see you using the water bottles as a heat sink, it will help get the temps back where they need to be after you open the incubator.

    You really find the fan to be needed? I ask becuase I have built one for myself and did not install a fan, but my temps are still good.

    I too am thinking of switching to 11" the 4" is just workin overtime to do it.

    You don't want any hot or cold spots in your incubator, the only time I would not use a fan would be for a 1-clutch incubator.

    Thanks man now i know why everyone else uses one haha But i might only have one clutch so i might no use the fan
