    Woah, Albey!

Each and every one of those animals is a stunning example of its morph or combo!

Sunday morning, when you're discussing selective breeding, I'd love it if you'd give mention to how to choose a hatchling whose colors are going to keep their brilliance into adulthood! (Aside from avoiding orange, of course . . . )

The first pastel I bought, a female I picked up last year who was one of only two I thought looked good at the expo where I got her, has browned rather more than I'd hoped she would, in spite of her pale yellow juvenile tones. In spite of that, I'll pair her with my male pastel, yellowbelly and pinstripe next year - and see what comes out of the eggs!

Wish more people would strive to get quality animals and believe in selective breeding!

    Agreed!

Wow! I am truely speechless! Those are some of the best pastels I have seen! And I agree also with the fact that they do kinda look like lemon crosses, they are really just that good. Definitely some of the best examples of the graziani pastels without a doubt!

Thankyou for Sharing! This is what I call a post!

Incredible! That was amazingly inspirational as I am just getting started in this hobby. I can only hope to hatch BP's half as beautiful as yours. That paradox pewter is one of a kind! Thanks for sharing and I want to see pics of those Super Pastel Ivories when they hatch....I have a good feeling about it!

So - just curious - other than breeding them to see what you get - how would you tell the difference in a pastel ivory and a super pastel ivory?

    Albey, thanks for sharing this!
