Husbandry Cards, what do you have on yours?

Ok, Moving on from other posts of mine... I've looked around found some husbandry cards that look like they are informative, everyone has their own style. What do you keep track of on your cards?

    Birthday
    Name
    Id Number
    Sire (father)
    Dam (mother)
    Feed Dates
    Defication Dates
    Cleaning Dates
    Mate?
    Clutch laid?

Anything else you guys put on there that I may have missed? I'm sure there's a lot. Put what YOU use on YOUR cards. If you would please.

Links to pdf files or whatever are good too.

Just like in another post, your ideas and work will not be stolen by me, just looking for a few ideas to make some good/customizable husbandry cards.

Oh good grief-- I'm so old school!!!
I have a steno pad for each of the snakes (16) into which I write the date of poo's, sheds, weight, prey eaten, dates of pairings, confirmed locks, ovulation, eggs, etc.
Anything I feel is noteworthy I put into that snake's steno. I am not together enough to keep track of a lot of index cards
