Hmm, that baby cinnapin does look kind of neat, but I wonder how they age? I couldn't find any other photos of them at all.
I didn't even think about a fire x pin! That's what I come here for I guess, haha. I just looked at the fires and they look mostly normal to me as babies (the exceptional fireflies are cool though!). So it seems they fade to a lighter colour with age? I guess I don't really know enough about the fire morph. I'm guessing you'd get a pinstripe that faded to a light brown/grey as an adult? I can't find anyone who has tried that yet so it might be worth a shot?
My price-range for a male isn't too high. I have to set my limit at $600 or so, but would prefer something around $300-$400 if possible. I also want something that will be able to safely breed next season, which narrows the pool a little more.
