    Re: racks

Well, it really depends on your environment. I keep my house chilly and live in a cold place and so I like racks that have walls and floor and lid. I have 4 racks from Reptile Basics and love them: http://www.reptilebasics.com/Iris-Sw...t-p-16197.html.

For younger snakes, or less secure snakes, I use the tub dividers

jasons jungle racks are very nice and made of pvc. But very pricey. I would recommend vision racks, if you are going to have a large collection and be breeding

    Re: racks

Well, that's why I mentioned environment. I have 13 ball pythons and some are breeding and yet Vision Racks are not plausible for me since the tubs are not enclosed and so would never stay warm enough given my external environmental temps

    Re: racks

I use belly heat for all of my racks and it works well.

I have purchased snakes from NERD, 8Ball, and TSK. There are also many more breeders from whom I would purchase depending upon the type of snake I wanted to purchase. If I wanted another lemon pastel I'd go straight to NERD. If I wanted more mojo's I'd go to Jasballs. If I wanted a black pastel I'd go to Heather. So, it just depends. Think about what you want, do your research, and then call different breeders (or email them) and start a dialog

I have my biggest females (2000g+) in RBI 3x2x1 cages heated with RHP's. I have everyone else in racks (400g to 1800g)
