I honestly dont think it would be porphyrin, I have yet to see even the tiniest bit of red in her nose/eyes. I sometimes see a little here and there with some of the others, but not her (yet anyway)

I dont get it, it's strange... she is definitely pointed but has extra color on her dome lol
