Do you mean second as in two in one sitting?
You can feed the second one immediately afterward. I normally wait for the snake to move around a bit as if she's trying to get out of her feeding tub and then pop in the second one. Make sure if you're feeding twice in one sitting that the feeders are smaller than if you were feeding it just one. You don't want to overfeed more than the bp can handle.

Re: snake feeding???
I wait until the snake realigns the jaw and then offer another one.
I feed all of mine in their enclosures so I have no idea how long you ought to wait prior to moving them

Re: snake feeding???
why dont you feed just one larger feeder?
for the two, usually wait till the jaw has realigned and the prior feeder is past the skinniest part of the snake(neck section). same goes for moving back to tank.

You:How many snakes do you have?
Me: Oh, just a room full.
You:Eh, how many?
Me:A ROOM FULL.
