Sorry just had another thought. Like I said before most of the answers to questions asked over and over can be found, if you look hard enough. But I kind of think of it like this. When you have a problem with something you have purchased and you call customer service it kind of stinks when you get a recording and an automated service to answer your questions. If I just wanted a generic answer then I wouldn't come to a online community for the answer. Sure we may be saying the same thing over and over.
