    Another early breeding session

My second breeding of the "season" is from a pair of snakes I got yesterday in a trade. I am really happy with this pair of proven Children's Pythons and figured since they have such good weight on them that they might like to spend some time together while they are in QT.

Couple hours later and this is what I found!

Here is hoping for some tiny pythons this spring!

Congrats! Breeding a day after you receive them. That's not a bad deal.

Thanks Michael, I picked them up in a trade I did with a guy named Colby Nelson of Bushhill Reptiles. He was willing to ship first and the snakes arrived in great shape, so for me it was a positive experience and I know Colby is stoked on the Yellowbelly female I sent him. Right now the only additions I am making are those that can be done by trades, and only for aussie-indo pythons as I am a little burnt out on the ball python scene.

I found a female that could go this year but I just don't have the cash. I am trying to work something out and hopefully she can find her way down here this winter. I would love nothing more than to hatch out what I think is the most underrated python out there..... IMO.

Yeah Randy's female is the one I have my eye on. We have e-mailed back and forth a couple of times and discussed the possibility of co-ownership, but I have not been able to follow up with him 'cause I have been busy moving some stuff out as well as the trade with Colby. I am going to try and get back in touch with Randy ASAP and see if we can work something out.
