Have you tried getting live pinks? I had a couple of problem eaters and that was the only way to get them to eat. I just had to put them in a deli cup with nothing else in it and leave them for a little while. After doing that a couple times both of them now take F/T with absolutely no issues (actually they've both become my most consistent feeders) Good luck with the little guy!
