    If you legit like cresties and will care for them and know what they need to thrive, by all means do it. But I think it's irresponsible to take on an animal because you thinks it will cost less in the long run than something else. Something always comes up, and unless you actually care about the animal you're caring for some people just won't help it out.
    well wen u put it into perspectives as in vet bills yes..its not cheap as in any animal, but as in husbandry..why not go with something that is cheaper

    Before i had my cresties, I was thinkin at either a bearded dragon or a crested gecko.

    Adult bearded dragons need a large habitat, high basking temperatures and nice diet of veggies and stuff. Is it irresponsible of me to pick the easier cresty b/c I do not have the space for it, or the money. I think its responsible to pick an animal that you know you can take care of well as opposed to picking up an animal u cannot support.
