Thank heavens I found him an hour later
I had the three snakes out for a photo shoot and the normal male started taking off under the stove. I grabbed for him, but he got a hold of something and I was too afraid to pull on him. I didn't want to hurt him! To make matters worse, it's a really old gas stove that came with the house. And thank god that stove hasn't worked properly since we moved in a few weeks ago. None of the pilot lights work, nor can we get them to work (we bought a glasstop, but now we need an electrician that actually works around here). Anyway, back to the story, I take everything out of the oven/broiler area, take a side panel off only to find insulation, and take the top/stove area off. Still no snakeSo I do the only thing left. Block off the refrigerator so he wouldn't find heat there, turn off the lights, turn off the furnace, and open a couple windows.
An hour goes by and I had been checking every few minutes for any sign of a snake and then there he is! On top of the stove hanging off trying to find a way down!THANK GOODNESS!!!!! What a day
