How can i make my set up better?

Yes i do have a humid reader and the temp controller.

I just added the tree a few minutes ago to see what you guys think.. It's a 20 long and the snake is around.. hmm.. You can see the snake on top exploring the tree. I have a problem with the... umm , I always forget what is call, the black thing on the far left, that reads the temp to control it. I also have a bulb that only heats so it does not glow. thanks

........

The thermostat? What problem do you have with it? The thermostat is possibly the most important piece of equipment, there.

I meant the thermo stat temp reader thingy, as you can see it's just hanging there.
