    but how do you know the width of a prey item when you buy f/t online. I want to make sure I order the right item. I've bought from Big Cheese and they list theirs by weight.

    You can't know that So go by weight
    Also, your little fella is, in my opinion, a bit of a lightweight due to his throat issues he went through when he was younger. (So cool that you saw him through that!!) Anyway, I would bet that he'll start to slowly creep up to size from this point on!!

    To me, there wasn't an option. Although I wanted a ball, a mistake was made and I ended up with a boa. The throat issue was one that I hoped that he would recover from. I have no problem with a small snake so long as he is healthy. I got some rat pups at the Expo. Hopefully Caesar will share them with his big sister (my 11 year old corn).
